Jack Hans, a CPA, is a co-founder of Dyad Partners. Jack has served as President and CEO of Custom Wood Products since its acquisition in 1998 and has seen sales nearly double under his leadership. Previously, Jack held executive positions with a diversified real estate firm and a specialized technology company following a successful 25-year career at Riggs Bank.
David Lesser is a co-founder of Dyad Partners and previously served as the President and CEO of Rich Maid Kabinetry, a Myerstown, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of custom and semi-custom kitchen cabinets acquired by a Dyad-led investment group in 2003. He is currently the Chairman of Thermex Thermatron. David, an attorney by training, possesses a unique combination of business and legal expertise that he applies with great effect to both structuring transactions and managing operating businesses. David's previous experience includes executive positions at CompuCare Corporation, Ryland Homes, Riggs Bank, and Z Communications.
Ray Lund is engaged in expanding Dyad's business by sourcing investment opportunities and capital resources. Ray brings expertise to the Firm with his strong leadership experience in managing complex specialized financial services businesses. He is currently the President and CEO of Thermex Thermatron in Louisville, Kentucy. Prior to joining Dyad, Ray was an executive vice president at Riggs Bank.
